حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَب

ِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا سَرَقَ عَبْدُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَبِعْهُ وَلَوْ بِنَشٍّ

English Translation
Hisham ibn Sa'id narrated to us, Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from 'Umar ibn Abi Salamah, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Every newborn is pawned by his 'aqiqah. It is sacrificed on his behalf on the seventh day, he is given a name, and his head is shaved.'
