حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ مَ

نْصُورِ بْنِ أُذَيْنٍ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ الْعَبْدُ الْإِيمَانَ كُلَّهُ حَتَّى يَتْرُكَ الْكَذِبَ فِي الْمُزَاحِ وَالْمِرَاءَ وَإِنْ كَانَ صَادِقًا

English Translation
Surayj ibn al-Nu'man narrated to us, 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Abi Salamah narrated to us, from Mansur ibn Udhayyin, from Makhul, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Supplication is the essence of worship.'
