English Translation
Al-Khuza'i narrated to us who (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that sulayman ibn Bilal narrated to us, from Kathir ibn Zayd, from al-Walid ibn Rabah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'People are like mines of gold and silver. The best of them in Jahiliyyah are the best of them in Islam when they gain understanding.'
