حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو حَصِين

ٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِغَنِيٍّ وَلَا لِذِي مِرَّةٍ سَوِيٍّ

English Translation

Yahya ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Abu Bakr ibn 'Ayyash informed me, Abu Hasin informed us, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one of you greets his brother, let him greet him with salam. If a tree, a wall, or a rock comes between them, then he meets him again, let him greet him with salam again.'
