English Translation
Sulayman ibn Dawud al-Hashimi narrated to us who (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that abu Zubayd informed us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade two types of sales: al-munabadhah and al-mulamasah. Al-munabadhah is when a man says: I will sell you this garment of mine for your garment without either of us examining the other's garment. Al-mulamasah is when a man says: I will sell you by touching this garment without looking at it.
