English Translation
Hawdhah ibn Khalifah narrated to us, Awf narrated to us, from Muhammad, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Dreams are of three types: glad tidings from Allah, what is on a person's mind, and frightening dreams from Shaytan. So if any one of you sees a dream he dislikes, let him not tell anyone about it; let him get up and pray.'
