English Translation
Mu'awiyah ibn Amr narrated to us, Za'idah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Every day in which the sun rises, there is a charity due from every joint of one of you. Every tasbiha (saying SubhanAllah) is a charity. Every tahmida (saying Alhamdulillah) is a charity. Every tahlila (saying La ilaha illallah) is a charity. Every takbira (saying Allahu Akbar) is a charity. Enjoining good is a charity. Forbidding evil is a charity. And all of that is fulfilled by two rak'ahs that one prays from the Duha (forenoon) prayer.'
