حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِ

ي عَمِّي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ مُؤْمِنٍ يُشَاكُ بِشَوْكَةٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا يَحْتَسِبُهَا إِلَّا قُصِّرَ بِهَا مِنْ خَطَايَاهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

English Translation

Ali ibn Ishaq narrated to us, he said Ubaydullah ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Abdullah ibn Mawhab informed us, he said my uncle Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah ibn Mawhab narrated to me, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'No zakah is due on a slave's property, nor on a horse.'
