English Translation
Attab narrated to us, Abdullah narrated to us, he said Isa ibn Yazid informed us, he said Jarir ibn Yazid narrated to me, that he heard Abu Zur'ah ibn Amr ibn Jarir from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Three things will not be rejected: the supplication of a fasting person, the supplication of a just ruler, and the supplication of the oppressed. Allah raises it above the clouds and opens the gates of heaven for it, and the Lord says: "By My Might, I will help you, even if after a while."'
