حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي ه
Body (Matn)
ُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ الْبَهِيمَةُ عَقْلُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Muhammad, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: 'An animal's kick is jubar (no liability), a well is jubar (no liability), and in rikaz (buried treasure) there is one-fifth (to be given as zakah).'
