حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ حَدّ
َثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ هَذَا غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ الرَّكَائِزُ

English Translation
'Affan narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ziyad, who said: I heard Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: 'The injury caused by an animal is jubar (no liability), and the mine is jubar, and the well is jubar, and in rikaz (buried treasure) there is one-fifth.' 'Affan narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us: Muhammad ibn 'Amr narrated to us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ, a similar narration except that he said 'al-raka'iz' (plural of rikaz).
