وَقَالَ مَنْ ابْتَاعَ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ فِيهَا بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ
English Translation
And he (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that 'Whoever buys a sheep whose milk has been withheld (to deceive about its milk yield) has the option for three days. If he wishes, he may keep it, and if he wishes, he may return it along with a sa' of dates.'
