Qutaybah narrated to us: 'Abd al-'Aziz narrated to us, from Thawr, from Abu al-Ghayth, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever takes the wealth of people intending to repay it, Allah will repay it on his behalf. And whoever takes it intending to waste it, Allah (عز وجل) will destroy him.'
