حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ ثَوْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْغَيْثِ عَن
ْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ الْعَرَقَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَيَذْهَبُ فِي الْأَرْضِ سَبْعِينَ بَاعًا وَإِنَّهُ لَيَبْلُغُ إِلَى أَفْوَاهِ النَّاسِ أَوْ إِلَى آنَافِهِمْ شَكَّ ثَوْرٌ بِأَيِّهِمَا قَالَ

English Translation
Qutaybah narrated to us: 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Muhammad narrated to us, from Thawr, from Abu al-Ghayth, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'On the Day of Resurrection, sweat will go seventy fathoms deep into the earth, and it will reach people's mouths — or their noses.' Thawr was uncertain which of the two he said.
