English Translation

Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Do not practice tasriyah (withholding the milk of camels and sheep to deceive buyers). Whoever buys a musarrah (an animal whose milk has been withheld), he has the choice of two options after milking it: if he wishes, he may keep it, and if he wishes, he may return it along with a sa' of dates. And a woman should not ask for the divorce of her sister (co-wife). Do not engage in najash (artificially inflating prices). None of you should sell over the sale of his brother. And no city-dweller should sell on behalf of a desert-dweller."
