حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْ
عَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِذَا صَلَّى أَحَدُكُمْ ثُمَّ جَلَسَ لَمْ تَزَلْ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُ مَا لَمْ يُحْدِثْ أَوْ يَقُومْ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, he said: Muhammad, meaning Ibn Ishaq, narrated to us from al-'Ala' ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: "When one of you finishes praying and then sits, the angels continue saying: 'O Allah, forgive him. O Allah, have mercy on him,' as long as he does not break his wudu or stand up."
