Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ
قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ نَسِيَ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَأَكَلَ أَوْ شَرِبَ فَلْيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ فَإِنَّمَا أَطْعَمَهُ اللَّهُ وَسَقَاهُ

English Translation
Isma'il ibn Ibrahim, who is Ibn 'Ulayyah, narrated to us from Hisham ibn Hassan — and Yazid ibn Harun said: Hisham informed us — from Ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever forgets while fasting and eats or drinks, let him complete his fast, for it is only Allah who fed him and gave him drink."
