حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَن
ْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَثَلُ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسِ كَمَثَلِ نَهْرٍ جَارٍ غَمْرٍ عَلَى بَابِ أَحَدِكُمْ يَغْتَسِلُ مِنْهُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ خَمْسَ مَرَّاتٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أُسَامَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ فَمَاذَا يُبْقِي ذَلِكَ مِنْ الدَّرَنِ

English Translation
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, al-A'mash narrated to us from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The example of the five daily prayers is like a flowing river at the door of one of you from which he bathes five times every day." Abu Mu'awiyah also narrated to us from 'Abdullah, from Yazid ibn 'Abdullah ibn Usamah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ similarly: "What filth would that leave?"
