English Translation
Isma'il narrated to us from Yunus, from al-Hasan, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "No man should take what Allah and His Messenger have decreed — a word, or two, or three, or four, or five — and place them in the corner of his garment, then act upon them and teach them." I (Abu Hurayrah) said: I spread out my garment while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was speaking until he finished his narration. Then I gathered my garment to my chest, and I hope that I have not forgotten any hadith I heard from him.
