حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِ
يكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا أَوْ جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ

English Translation
Yahya narrated to us from Ibn Abi 'Arubah, from Qatadah, from al-Nadr ibn Anas, from Bashir ibn Nahik, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: "The 'umra (lifetime gift of property) becomes an inheritance for its recipients — or it is permissible for its recipients." Yahya also narrated from Ibn Abi 'Arubah, from Qatadah, from 'Ata', from Jabir, from the Prophet ﷺ similarly.
