حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي نُعْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْ

قَاسِمِ نَبِيُّ التَّوْبَةِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بَرِيئًا مِمَّا قَالَ لَهُ إِلَّا قَامَ عَلَيْهِ يَعْنِي الْحَدَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ

English Translation

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us from Fudayl ibn Ghazwan, he said: Ibn Abi Nu'm narrated to us, he said: Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) narrated to me, he said: Abu al-Qasim, the Prophet ﷺ of Repentance ﷺ narrated to us: "Whoever accuses his owned slave falsely of something (fornication), the hadd punishment will be established against the accuser on the Day of Resurrection, unless it was as he said."
