حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ الْحَنَفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ ا

للَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الزَّبِيبِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَالْبُسْرِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَقَالَ يُنْبَذُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا عَلَى حِدَةٍ

English Translation

Waki' narrated to us, who said: 'Ikrimah ibn 'Ammar narrated to us from Abu Kathir al-Hanafi, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited mixing raisins and dates together, and mixing unripe dates and ripe dates together. He said: 'Each of them should be made into nabidh (a drink) separately.'
