حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ
Body (Matn)
سَلَّمَ الْمَسْجِدَ فَسَمِعَ قِرَاءَةَ رَجُلٍ فَقَالَ مَنْ هَذَا قِيلَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ قَيْسٍ فَقَالَ لَقَدْ أُوتِيَ هَذَا مِنْ مَزَامِيرِ آلِ دَاوُدَ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yazid narrated to us, he said: Muhammad informed us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered the mosque and heard a man reciting. He asked: "Who is this?" It was said: "'Abdullah ibn Qays." He said: "This man has been given a voice like the psalms of the family of Dawud."
