حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَ
لَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ مَا سَمِعْتُ أَحَدًا يَقُولُ الرَّكَائِزَ غَيْرَهُ

English Translation
Hajjaj narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ziyad, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ — or he said: Abu al-Qasim ﷺ said: "The injury caused by an animal is without liability (jubar), and the well is without liability, and the mine is without liability, and in buried treasure (rikaz) there is one-fifth (to be given in zakah)." Shu'bah said: I have not heard anyone say 'al-raka'iz' (plural of rikaz) except him.
