حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَوْلًى لِقُرَيْشٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ي
ُحَدِّثُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدَ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا هِيَ قَالَهَا يَزِيدُ آخِرَ مَرَّةٍ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يُحْرَزَ مِنْ كُلِّ عَارِضٍ وَأَنْ لَا يُصَلِّيَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَّا وَهُوَ مُحْتَزِمٌ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Khumayr, who said: A freed slave of Quraysh informed me that he heard Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) narrating from the Prophet ﷺ that he prohibited the sale of war spoils before they are distributed. Then he said, after Yazid ibn Khumayr: "and he knows what they are" — Yazid said this the last time — and the sale of fruits before they are secured from every blight, and that a man should not pray unless he is wearing a waist-wrapper.
