حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ زُهَيْرٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي

هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَنْذِرُوا فَإِنَّ النَّذْرَ لَا يَرُدُّ شَيْئًا مِنْ الْقَدَرِ وَإِنَّمَا يُسْتَخْرَجُ بِهِ مِنْ الْبَخِيلِ

English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Do not make vows, for vows do not avail anything against decree; they are merely a means by which something is extracted from the miser."
