وَبِالْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَقْسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَإِنَّهُ صَدَقَةٌ
English Translation
With the same chain, the Prophet ﷺ said: "My heirs shall not divide a single dinar. What I leave behind, after the maintenance of my wives and the provision of my worker, is charity."
