حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ

عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَا أَوْلَى بِكُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ فَمَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيَاعًا فَإِلَيَّ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلِلْوَارِثِ

English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "I have more right over every believer than he has over himself. Whoever leaves behind a debt or dependents in need, then it falls upon me. And whoever leaves behind wealth, it is for his heirs."
