وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ هَذَا سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الدَّابَّةُ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ
English Translation
With the same chain, he said: "I heard Abu al-Qasim (ﷺ) say: 'Injuries caused by an animal that strays are without liability (jubar); and a mine is without liability; and a well is without liability; and in buried treasure (rikaz) there is one-fifth (due as zakah).'"
