حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبَّادٌ الْمَعْنَى عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ وَقَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ الل
َّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَقْبَلُ الصَّدَقَاتِ وَيَأْخُذُهَا بِيَمِينِهِ فَيُرَبِّيهَا لِأَحَدِكُمْ كَمَا يُرَبِّي أَحَدُكُمْ مُهْرَهُ أَوْ فَلُوَّهُ أَوْ فَصِيلَهُ حَتَّى إِنَّ اللُّقْمَةَ لَتَصِيرُ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ وَقَالَ وَكِيعٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ وَتَصْدِيقُ ذَلِكَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ { وَهُوَ الَّذِي يَقْبَلُ التَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِ } { وَيَأْخُذُ الصَّدَقَاتِ } وَ { يَمْحَقُ اللَّهُ الرِّبَا وَيُرْبِي الصَّدَقَاتِ }

English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, accepts charities and takes them with His Right Hand, then He nurtures it for one of you just as one of you raises his foal — or his young horse or his young camel — until the morsel becomes as large as Mount Uhud." Waki' said in his narration: "And the confirmation of this is in the Book of Allah: {And it is He who accepts repentance from His servants} and {takes charities} [42:25] and {Allah destroys usury and gives increase for charities} [2:276]."
