وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ
English Translation
With the same chain, he (ﷺ) said: "Injuries caused by a stray animal are without liability (jubar). A well is without liability. A mine is without liability. And in buried treasure (rikaz) there is one-fifth (due as zakah)."
