حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ جَاءَتْ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِهَا لَمَمٌ فَقَالَتْ ي
َا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ادْعُ اللَّهَ أَنْ يَشْفِيَنِي قَالَ إِنْ شِئْتِ دَعَوْتُ اللَّهَ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكِ وَإِنْ شِئْتِ فَاصْبِرِي وَلَا حِسَابَ عَلَيْكِ قَالَتْ بَلْ أَصْبِرُ وَلَا حِسَابَ عَلَيَّ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, who said: Muhammad ibn 'Amr narrated to us from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: A woman who had epileptic fits came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, supplicate to Allah to cure me.' He ﷺ said: 'If you wish, I will supplicate to Allah to cure you. And if you wish, you can be patient and there will be no reckoning upon you.' She said: 'Rather, I will be patient and there will be no reckoning upon me.'
