حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِ
Body (Matn)
ي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ لَا أُرَاهُ إِلَّا قَدْ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ وَيْلٌ لِلْعَرَبِ مِنْ أَمْرٍ قَدْ اقْتَرَبَ أَفْلَحَ مَنْ كَفَّ يَدَهُ وَوَافَقَهُ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Muhammad ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, who said: al-A'mash narrated to us from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) — al-A'mash said: I believe he raised it (to the Prophet ﷺ) — who said: 'Woe to the Arabs from an evil that has drawn near! Successful is the one who withholds his hand.' Abu Mu'awiyah corroborated it from Abu Hurayrah.
