حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ أَبِ
ي يَزِيدَ عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ اللَّجْلَاجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَجْتَمِعُ الشُّحُّ وَالْإِيمَانُ فِي جَوْفِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, who said: Muhammad ibn 'Amr narrated to us from Safwan ibn Abi Yazid, from Husayn ibn al-Lajlaj, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Miserliness and faith never coexist in the heart of a Muslim man, and dust in the cause of Allah and the smoke of Hell never coexist in the body of a Muslim man.'
