حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَد
َّثَنَا عَوْفٌ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى أَنَّ الْوَلَدَ لِصَاحِبِ الْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ عَنْ خِلَاسٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
Isnad Chain
محمد بن جعفر حد
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, 'Awf narrated to us, from al-Hasan, who said: It reached me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the child belongs to the owner of the bed [the husband], and the adulterer receives the stone [i.e., is stoned or gets nothing]. And this narration of al-Hasan was also narrated to us by Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) from the Prophet ﷺ.
