حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ بَلَ

غَنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ

English Translation

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, 'Awf narrated to us, from al-Hasan, who said: It reached me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Mines are without liability, animals are without liability, wells are without liability, and in buried treasure (rikaz) there is one-fifth.'
