English Translation
Yahya ibn Ghaylan narrated to us, Rishdin narrated to us, 'Amr, meaning Ibn al-Harith, narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Abi Hilal, that Nu'aym al-Mujmir narrated to him that he prayed behind Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), and he recited Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim, then recited Umm al-Quran [al-Fatihah]. When he reached {Ghayril-maghdubi 'alayhim wa la al-dallin}, he said Ameen. And when he finished, he said: By Him in Whose hand is my soul, indeed my prayer is the closest of yours to the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
