‏ ‏وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ‏ ‏قَالَ ‏ ‏قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏الْعَجْمَاءُ ‏ ‏جُبَارٌ ‏ ‏وَالْبِئْرُ ‏ ‏جُبَارٌ ‏ ‏وَالْمَعْدِنُ ‏ ‏جُبَارٌ ‏ ‏وَفِي ‏ ‏الرِّكَازِ ‏ ‏الْخُمُسُ ‏

English Translation

And with the same chain of narration, [the Prophet ﷺ] (ﷺ) said: 'The injuries caused by animals are without liability (jubar), and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability, and in buried treasure (rikaz) there is one-fifth [as zakah].'
