رِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

English Translation

Ali narrated to us, from al-Hadhdha, from Ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The injury caused by an animal is without liability, and the mine is without liability, and in buried treasure (rikaz) there is one-fifth.'
