حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

Body (Matn)

رَكَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ عَيَّاشَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ سَلَمَةَ بْنَ هِشَامٍ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنْ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اللَّهُمَّ اشْدُدْ وَطْأَتَكَ عَلَى مُضَرَ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهَا سِنِينَ كَسِنِي يُوسُفَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ خَرَّ سَاجِدًا

English Translation

Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad informed us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ bowed in prayer then raised his head and said: 'O Allah, save Ayyash ibn Abi Rabi'ah. O Allah, save Salamah ibn Hisham. O Allah, save al-Walid ibn al-Walid. O Allah, save the weak among the believers. O Allah, be severe upon Mudar. O Allah, make it years of famine like the years of Yusuf.'
