English Translation

Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad informed us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The Fire complained to its Lord (عز وجل) and said: My parts are consuming one another. So He permitted it two breaths: a breath in winter and a breath in summer. That is the most severe heat you find, and the most severe cold you find.'
