Hadith #301

حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ أَبِي
سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا ثُوِّبَ بِالصَّلَاةِ أَدْبَرَ الشَّيْطَانُ لَهُ ضُرَاطٌ وَإِذَا سَكَتَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ خَطَرَ بَيْنَ أَحَدِكُمْ وَبَيْنَ نَفْسِهِ حَتَّى يُنْسِيَهُ صَلَاتَهُ فَلَا يَدْرِيَ كَمْ صَلَّى فَمَنْ وَجَدَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا فَلْيَسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيْنِ

English Translation
Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad informed us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When the call to prayer is made, Shaytan turns his back, breaking wind loudly so that he does not hear the adhan. When the adhan is finished, he comes back. When the iqamah is called, he turns away. When the iqamah is finished, he comes back and whispers between a person and his soul, saying: Remember such-and-such, remember such-and-such—things he had not been thinking of—until the man does not know how many rak'ahs he has prayed.'
