حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ أَبِي

سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْرُ يَوْمٍ طَلَعَتْ فِيهِ الشَّمْسُ يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ فِيهِ خُلِقَ آدَمُ وَفِيهِ أُدْخِلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَفِيهِ أُهْبِطَ مِنْهَا وَفِيهِ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ وَفِيهِ سَاعَةٌ لَا يُوَافِقُهَا مُؤْمِنٌ يُصَلِّي وَقَبَضَ أَصَابِعَهُ يُقَلِّلُهَا يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ خَيْرًا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

English Translation

Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad informed us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The best day on which the sun has risen is Friday. On it Adam was created, on it he was admitted to Paradise, on it he was expelled from it, and the Hour will not be established except on a Friday.'
