English Translation

Yazid narrated to us, Shu'bah informed us, from Muhammad ibn Ziyad, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ, who narrated from his Lord (عز وجل) who said: 'For every deed there is an expiation, and fasting is for Me, and I shall reward it. The breath of the fasting person is more pleasant to Allah than the fragrance of musk.'
