حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَفْلَسَ بِمَالِ قَوْمٍ فَرَأَى رَجُلٌ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ
English Translation
Yazid narrated to us, Sa'id informed us, from Qatadah, from al-Nadr ibn Anas, from Bashir ibn Nahik, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ: 'Whoever goes bankrupt while someone finds his very property with him, he is more entitled to it than anyone else.'
