‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏رَوْحٌ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏مَالِكٌ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏الْأَعْرَجِ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏ ‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏نَهَى عَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمَيْنِ يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ وَيَوْمِ ‏ ‏النَّحْرِ ‏

English Translation

Rawh narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited fasting on two days: the day of Eid al-Fitr and the day of Eid al-Adha.
