وَمَنْ بَاعَ مُصَرَّاةً فَالْمُشْتَرِي بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ
English Translation
And whoever sells an animal whose udder has been bound to appear full (musarrah), the buyer has the option for three days. If he wishes, he returns it along with a sa' of dates.
