حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ الْأ
َعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ سَأَلَكُمْ بِاللَّهِ فَأَعْطُوهُ وَمَنْ دَعَاكُمْ فَأَجِيبُوهُ وَلَوْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيَّ كُرَاعٌ لَقَبِلْتُ وَلَوْ دُعِيتُ إِلَى كُرَاعٍ لَأَجَبْتُ

English Translation
Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash informed us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Hazim, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever among you is asked by Allah about something he has been given and says: By Allah, I have only been given this by my knowledge—he should let such a person know that the knowledge is from Allah.'
