English Translation
Surayj narrated to us, Abu Ma'shar narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Let me certainly find one of you, to whom a hadith from me has come while he is reclining on his couch, saying: Between us and you is the Book of Allah. Whatever we find in it as permissible, we deem permissible, and whatever we find in it as forbidden, we deem forbidden. Indeed, what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has forbidden is like what Allah has forbidden.'
