حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ أَبِي صَال
ِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَنَا عِنْدَ ظَنِّ عَبْدِي بِي وَأَنَا مَعَهُ حَيْثُ يَذْكُرُنِي
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Rawh narrated to us, Zuhayr ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Zayd ibn Aslam narrated to us, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: Allah (عز وجل) said: 'I am as My servant thinks of Me, and I am with him when he remembers Me. If he remembers Me within himself, I remember him within Myself. If he remembers Me in a gathering, I remember him in a gathering better than it. If he draws near to Me a hand-span, I draw near to him an arm's length. If he draws near to Me an arm's length, I draw near to him a fathom's length. And if he comes to Me walking, I come to him running.'
